Dynamic HTML

Dynamic HTML has many different definitions, not all of which seem to agree. One common element of all definitions is the ability to change the content and/or appearance of a page without having to go back to the original source (server). This ability to change the appearance of a page is typically acheived by using JavaScript to change the values of the CSS properties. Although this page is a somewhat extreme example, it is possible to have two entirely different looking pages that contain the same data but are formatted entirely differently. If you find this page hard to read you can always click on the button below to change the format.
